During this 4 hour workshop Master energy & embodiment coach Katie Kozlowski will lovingly guide you through the deep practices of compassionate integration and radical creation so you can connect more deeply with your desires, release pains of the past and step fully into the life you want.
You will leave with a clear understanding of what’s been holding you back so you can move fully into the next chapter of your story and you will also learn multiple tools that will help you integrate and expand on what you learned for months to come.
The workshop will include:
- An embodiment practice for block clearing and deep emotional release
- A full 7 chakra activation and embodiment practice to expand your vibration with ease
- A vision board creation practice to continue your practice at home
- Individual guidance from Katie as needed while we journey, heal and explore.
PLUS every participant receives a 30 minute private follow up session with Katie after the workshop to further support healing, integration and personal next steps.
