What's the process like and how does it work?
I use 3 main techniques when it comes to achieving this for you:
The first and core tool is my signature ShaktiBOMB transformational system which is a synthesis of creative power and the imagination that works to help you identify the root causes of suffering/emotional blocks/patterns and bring them to the surface for healing and then allows you to replace the old energy with something new.
Based on NLP and EFT, it works to help move the emotion through the body but also create the shifts within the mind. It's what allows you to work with your cellular programs so you can clear the old and update with new memories!
The second is a Neuroplasticity technique that works specifically with the neural pathways in the brain, to help break down the old patterns and replace with newer, stronger, healthier ones. It is incredibly effective and so simple to do it’s amazing.THIS work is incredible because the BRAIN has to heal along with the body and the spirit.
The third is based on introspection, curiosity and self discovery. And I use questions, exploratory exercises and guided meditations to help you unlock what’s going on inside your subconscious which gives you knowledge about who you are and why you are, so you feel more confident around the changes you’re making and why you are making them.
Coming together, this system creates shifts in the mind, body and spirit all at once. And is why I am able to help you create such profound shifts in such little amount of time.

- A minimum of 4 custom designed practices and tools unique to your needs to enhance your healing, transformation which can be used for life
- Guidance and support between sessions so you can process in real time. In between sessions you can voxer men {which is a walkie talkie type app} or email me and I will respond during office hours for continued guidance and healing
