• 12 Private, confidential 1:1 Sessions that happen weekly for 3 months. Each session is 60 mins and recorded via Zoom. And you get access to the playback as well as your “hw” which is custom designed to support you healing
• A minimum of 8 custom designed practices and tools unique to your needs to enhance your healing, transformation which can be used for life
• Guidance and support between sessions so you can process in real time. In between sessions you can voxer me {which is a walkie talkie type app} or email me and I will respond during office hours for continued guidance and healing OFFICE HOURS ARE M-F 10 am est- 6pm EST and Sat 10 am EST- 12pm EST
• All sessions and any pdf exercises stored in your private vault
