👉 REGISTER TO JOIN US — GIVE WHAT YOU CAN, STARTING AT $10What if you didn't have to fix yourself?
What if you could stop trying so hard to figure everything out?
Stop analyzing, managing, and holding it all together.
What if you could simply show up, move your body, express what you're feeling, connect with other people, and see what happens?
Welcome to The Embodied Learning Lab.
A living, breathing space for somatic exploration, emotional release, creativity, connection, and play.
No pressure to perform. No expectation to have a breakthrough. No need to arrive with answers.
Just a willingness to explore.
Because sometimes the way forward isn't through thinking harder.
Sometimes it's through moving, feeling, playing, and remembering who you are.

A little bit of Stone Soup magic
Remember the story of Stone Soup?
Everyone brings something to the pot, and together they create something more nourishing than any one person could make alone.
That's the spirit of The Lab.
I bring 17 years of experience working with emotions, embodiment, creativity, and human transformation.
You bring your curiosity, your experiences, your energy, and whatever is alive in you that day.
Together, we create something unique.
No two gatherings will ever be exactly alike.
And that's the magic.
What happens in The Lab?
We explore through:
Somatic movement and emotional release — Giving your body space to move, express, and process what you're carrying.
Creativity and play — Rediscovering curiosity, imagination, spontaneity, and possibility.
Connection and community — Sharing space with others without needing to impress, perform, or pretend.
Embodied exploration — Getting curious about what you're feeling, what you're discovering, and what might be possible next.
You can participate at your own pace. You're always welcome to pause, observe, or choose what feels right for you.
Everyone is welcome.
Every body. Every identity. Every background.
You don't need experience with somatics, movement, or creative expression.
You don't need to be flexible, spiritual, outgoing, or particularly good at anything.
Our invitations are simple:
Come with an open mind.
Be willing to play.
Respect yourself and the people around you.
And bring whatever you're able to contribute.
A community built on reciprocity
The Lab is contribution-based because I believe meaningful spaces for connection and growth should be accessible.
Contributions begin at $10. Give more if you're able.
Your contribution supports the space, the facilitation, and the continued growth of this community.
And your presence matters just as much.
Come once. Come often. Bring a friend.
The Lab is a place to return to, reconnect, and discover something new.

Our first Somatic Release Sunday gathering:
Sunday, October 25, 2026
9:00 AM Pacific/ 11:00 AM Eastern Time
On the eve of the Full Moon, in the midst of Venus retrograde—a time symbolically associated with revisiting our values, relationships, and sense of worth.
An invitation to explore what we're ready to release, what we want to reclaim, and what we might create together.
You don't have to be fearless to begin.
You just have to be willing to show up.
Hi, I'm Katie Kozlowski.
I'm an embodiment teacher, somatic practitioner, creative explorer, and lifelong student of what it means to be human.
For more than 17 years, I've explored the relationship between our bodies, emotions, stories, and the ways we learn to navigate the world.
But my work didn't begin in a classroom or a certification program.
It began with my own search for freedom.
For years, I tried to think, fix, perfect, and perform my way into feeling worthy, safe, and loved. But the more I tried to figure myself out, the further I seemed to get from myself.
It was through acting, voice, movement, emotional expression, and somatic healing that I began discovering another way.
Not another way to fix myself. A way to finally experience myself.
Today, I bring together my background as a professional performer, my years of working with the body and emotions, and my deep belief in the transformative power of creativity, connection, and play.
I don't believe we need another place to be told what's wrong with us.
I believe we need more spaces where we can get curious, tell the truth, move what needs moving, and discover what becomes possible when we stop trying so hard to be someone else.
That's why I created The Lab.
Because transformation doesn't always happen through another breakthrough, another strategy, or another attempt to improve ourselves.
Sometimes it happens when we move, laugh, cry, play, connect, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
And I'd love to explore that with you.
