1 Deep Release intensive intake/pre-work intake form

1 90 Minute intensive session with Katie in person or via Zoom

1 45 Minute follow up session 3-4 weeks after via Zoom

1-3 custom built tools/practices

Email/voxer support for 21 days post session

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel or reschedule outside of 24 hours, you forfeit payment and lose your session. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
